AMANDO 15W-40
is an engine oil that produced by Petro 1 Exclusive base oil and hi –tech additives.
Description & Applications:
Top quality with Biesnate & Bio-Moleculestechnology, low SAPS engine oil designed for the lubrication of heavy-duty diesel engines compliant to the latest exhaust emission standards Euro IV , Euro V and Euro VI and equipped with DPF, EGR and SCR. It is intended to provide for better fuel economy benefits ( of average 1,3%) in the latest Euro VI diesel engines. It is recommended for use in the latest generation turbocharged diesel engines of heavy duty tractors and buses operating at severe loads and conditions and requiring extended oil drain intervals. It meets the requirements of major European engine manufacturers, such as Mercedes Benz and Volvo, and in particular MAN whose Euro VI engine units demand an oil of MAN 3677
performance level.

Benefits & Advantages:
- Excellent wear and deposit control protection
- Superior soot busting capabilities to prevent soot build-up and agglomeration
- Exceptional thermal stability, for outstanding performance at high engine operating temperatures
- Excellent TBN retention and reserve for effective acid neutralization throughout the entire oil drain interval
- Excellent protection against acidic corrosion of vital engine components
- Excellent soot dispersancy for protection against soot overloading, increases in viscosity due to soot thickening and soot abrasive wear
- Enhanced detergency to provide high temperature piston cleanliness and protection against bore polishing and scuffing
- Increased engine cleanliness
- Excellent protection against low temperature sludge build-up and high temperature deposits
- Reduced high temperature carbon build-up – both in single and two-piece pistons
- Exceptional ring and liner wear protection which provides improved oil consumption control
- Excellent shear stability for ‘stay-in-grade’ performance throughout the entire oil drain interval Excellent anti-foaming properties protect against aeration and foaming
- Superior low volatility characteristics to control oil consumption.
- Longer filter life, especially at high soot levels for better engine protection
- Excellent high temperature/high shear performance provides excellent oil film thickness and engine protection at high operating temperatures and shear rates
